Fred is a member of Exhale Mind Body Spa’s founding team and executive vice president of mind-body training. He cofounded the company’s highly publicized Core Fusion® program and codeveloped Exhale’s proprietary Core Fusion Sport, Core Fusion Cardio, and Boot Camp classes.
EVP, MIND BODY PROGRAMMING
As executive vice president of mind body programming, Elisabeth Halfpapp oversees exhale's mind body programs, managing classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats while teaching a robust class schedule and leading offsite escapes. A member of exhale's founding team, she leveraged 20+ years of teaching to co create the company's highly publicized Core Fusion 174 program and develop exhale's proprietary Core Fusion Yoga and Core Fusion Sport classes.

You’ll work it all out in this athletically and mentally challenging yoga class set to an ever-changing, upbeat playlist. Expect a flowing, challenging, and mindful yoga practice.
exhale Chill Yoga
This is the mix of restorative yoga and mindful meditation you didn’t know you needed. On your mat with blankets, props, and calming playlists, you’ll stretch, meditate, restore, and breathe deeply.
Weave your way through creative transitions that lengthen, strengthen, and center your whole body. Flow yoga warms up with lighter, deeper poses, then flows toward more traditional and active poses.
exhale Core Yoga
Think of this class as the best of both worlds: the targeted, toning, strengthening movements of Core Fusion, plus a flowing, athletic yoga practice. Expect a fast-paced vinyasa flow with an extra “oomph” for your thighs, glutes and abs. It’s an incredibly uplifting hour on the mat, geared to stretch and tone body and mind.
