    Join Lyndi Rivers to learn about your pelvic floor and its remarkable power. The diamond-shaped connection of pelvic floor muscles anchors your abdominal muscles, diaphragm, and multifidus to maintain a strong, well-functioning core. In yogic terms, the pelvic floor is the home of the root chakra, or the energetic center of safety and security.     HEALING VISUALIZATIONS MEDITATION

    This is a guided form of meditation that engages the mind and harnesses the power of positive imagery to bring about states of wellbeing that create a pathway for mind-body healing to occur.

     

    TRANSCENDENCE

    Using aromatherapy, breath, guided chakra meditation, and Yoga Nidra, this shared experience brings deep relaxation and helps you connect to yourself and others through reflection and contemplation.
