PELVIC FLOOR WISDOM | One in three women will experience pelvic floor dysfunction in their lifetime. This is an issue that can affect women at any age. In this experiential workshop with Lyndi Rivers, learn tools to support the health of your pelvic floor so you can improve your sex life and prevent or manage issues such as incontinence, prolapse, or pain. 90 MIN|$125

PRENATAL YOGA | Experience a prenatal yoga class that is focused on creating ease, confidence and awareness within an ever-changing body. Move with the freedom to acknowledge the bond and challenges that come from creating life.

TRANSCENDENCE | Using aromatherapy, breath, guided chakra meditation, and Yoga Nidra, this shared experience brings deep relaxation and helps you connect to yourself and others through reflection and contemplation. These guided relaxation experiences incorporate journaling, essential oils, crystals, and singing bowls. 90 MIN|$125

TRUST LOVE COMPASSION YOGA | Explore your energy centers, known as your chakras, as you focus on opening the energy of the 3rd solar plexus, 4th heart and 5th throat chakras by both strengthening and stretching the core, the shoulder girdle and the jaw.

CANDLE LIGHT RESTORATIVE YOGA | While tuning into the crystal singing bowls, learn to rest deep in your yoga postures in this practice known as “active relaxation” by author Judith Lasater.

BOGA YOGA: INTERMEDIATE | Try out our amazingly fun Boga Boards in our BMC pool while you breathe in the fresh desert air during an invigorating yoga class that creatively challenges your balance and improves your focus. *Please wear Yoga attire, you will get wet. Advance sign-up required.

CELESTIAL YOGA | This evening class takes place on our outdoor yoga deck, allowing you to breathe in the aromatic desert air, listen to nature’s nocturnal sounds and gaze at the starry night during a sequence of poses. This exclusive yoga offering connects you closer with the desert environment at dusk and will be leave you in a state of complete serenity. *Advance sign up required.

AROMA FLOW YOGA| Experience the combined benefits of yoga and aromatherapy in this unique yoga class. Mindfully selected essential oils will be applied/diffused to help balance your seven chakras along with corresponding yoga poses. From root to crown, you will feel energized and harmonized, while manifesting your physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing.
