A Workshop to Transform, Heal, and find Joy

Heart of Being Immersion

February 18 - February 20

Imagine yourself releasing and dissolving any old patterns that do not serve you. Imagine yourself healing old pains and feeling liberated. Imagine yourself creating new habits for your mind body and spirit. These are the shifts you may experience during our time together:

From confusion to clarity

From fatigue to vitality

From agitation to inner peace

From boredom to fulfillment

From intellectualizing to feeling

From hesitation to confidence

From holding back to expressing

From limitation to possibilities

Join Tejpal and Shari during this immersion weekend as they guide you by using breath, meditations, healing practices, rituals, and psychological processes to support your personal transformation, find your own light, and develop vitality and peace. You will go home with a series of tools that you can implement in your life for lasting transformation.

Contact our Experience Planning team to add this exceptional immersion to your itinerary.

It takes 40 days to develop a new habit, but only one to change your life—the day you buy Way to Be. This is the perfect gift for yourself or someone else you truly love. Open any chapter and find a new...Way to Be.
