REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY
Join Miraval’s resident yogi and Tucson native Alysa Volpe to walk the labyrinth in honor of our ancestors and burning ceremony at the Kiva. Learn about the Mexican holiday Dia de las Muertos “Day of the Dead” and the tradition of the All Souls Procession.

LABYRINTH GRATITUDE CEREMONY
The labyrinth (sometimes called the Path of Silence) is a tool of walking meditation that provides a safe, serene environment to focus inward.

EATING WITH INTENTION: THE YOGA IN NUTRITION
This lecture discusses the many ways we nourish ourselves. Paying attention to how you eat is as important as what you eat. When we eat with intention, we can expand how we feed the whole self, including our minds and hearts. The practice of yoga is a spiritual discipline that helps us become aware of the energy that flows through us as we act and move – even as we eat. Nancy Teeter shows you how to unite concepts of yoga with the act of mindful eating to live a nourished life.
