The week of dance builds self-esteem, confidence and forges bonds between participants that last a lifetime.

    BALLET BODY WORKOUT
    Perform exercises that strengthen your core, tone muscles, increase flexibility and improve balance and posture. Beautiful music and graceful movements will inspire you as you develop the strength and poise of a ballet dancer. This class is for all levels.

    CRAZY FOR THE ’80s
    “Totally” come dance as we revisit your favorite 80’s music. It’s gonna be “fresh!” This class is for all levels.

    GREASE IS THE WORD!
    Come dance to all of the hit songs from the movie Grease! Revisit the nostalgia of this classic in a follow-along with the teacher-styled class. No set choreography, just Pink Ladies and TBirds being cool and dancing our Bobbysocks off.

    MUSIC VIDEO DIVA
    Ever imagine becoming a backup dancing for your favorite pop star. This class begins with a 10 min warm-up, then a 10 min across the floor routine, followed by a 30-minute centerpiece of backup dancer choreography. This class is for all levels.

    ROCK N’ ROLL STAR
    You are a rock star. This high-energy dance class will get you moving to an iconic piece of rock ’n roll. This class is based on jazz dance techniques. You will begin with a 10 min warm-up, then 10 min across-the-floor routine, followed by 30 minutes of centerpiece of rock choreography. This class is for all levels.

    POP ICONS
    Ever imagine becoming a backup dancing for your favorite pop star. This class begins with a 10 min warm-up, then a 10 min across the floor routine, followed by a 30-minute centerpiece of backup dancer choreography. This class is for all levels.

    GROOVE CARDIO
    Feel the beat drop and you let your hips swing side to side. Get down with your funky self in this awesome free-flowing dance class. This class is based on aerobic, jazz, and hip hop dance technique. You will begin with a 10 min warm-up, then 35 minutes of centerpiece funky cardio choreography. This class is for all levels.

    SOULFUL STRETCH
    End your day with a great stretch and soulful piece of choreography. This class will work out your sore spots and move your body to an R&B classic. 10 min warm-up, 10 min across the floor. 30 min piece or choreography. This class is for all levels.

    MUSICAL THEATER
    Take a magical trip to the Broadway stage and learn your favorite Broadway show steps. Begin with a warm-up, then learn across-the-floor choreography. Come dance (and sing) along with us in this toe-tapping adventure. All levels are welcome.

    ALL THAT SASS
    As we grow older we only refine our fabulous sassy selves. Come on in and shake your hips in this sassy class incorporating flavors from jazz and hip hop dance. This class is for all levels.

    SWINGING 60’s

    Swing on over and join us cool cats as we cut a rug to the upbeat music of the ’60s! You’ll learn a fun dance and have a gas! This class is for all levels.

    LATIN HEAT
    Let’s get ready for Rhumba!!. Join us for a fun class learning various Latin dance styles such as salsa, cha-cha, and merengue. You’ll learn the basic steps to this most popular dance style with plenty of hip action and flair! This class is for all levels.

    FARWELL CLASS: LYRICAL
    Music and movement have the power to connect, speak directly to your soul. This class combines the slow, stretching techniques of jazz and ballet. You will begin with a 10 min warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of reflective lyrical choreography. This class is for all levels.

    MOTOWN BEATS
    Dance, groove, and move to the Hits of Motown from the Motor City This class is for all levels.

    SMOOTH JAZZ
    Contract, isolate, and turn to the smooth sounds of Classical Jazz music. This class is for all levels.
