Eco-friendly wines and cocktails will be expertly paired by our sommelier  Our Farmer Starkey will discuss the harvest and share his secrets to developing natural and organic fruits and vegetables.

    Meet your Leaders

    • Executive Warren Weekes

      Miraval Arizona’s Executive Chef brings over 30 years of culinary and hospitality experience, coupled with studies in culinary and restaurant management from The Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Chef Warren’s culinary creativity comes from his success as a restaurant owner and food & beverage director at multiple kitchens throughout Latin America and the United States. His goal is to create a safe space for nourishment, creativity, and curiosity both inside and outside the kitchen. With an innate sense of compassion and vibrant energy, Chef Warren inspires guests to reconnect with food to enhance their mind-body relationship.

    • Richard Starkey

      In his ten-gallon hat and overalls, Richard Starkey makes you smile. The bulk of Miraval’s eggs and produce come from Farmer Starkey, who picks everything at 5 am and delivers fresh produce straight to Miraval’s kitchen from his 2.5-acre farm up the road. Farmer Starkey cultivates Miraval’s property garden and provides weekly garden tours where you can learn how to create a robust garden of your own.
